Our story

Rooted began from a personal journey with mental health. DBT gave our founders a practical language for coping and growing. Rooted turns those skills into small, repeatable habits you can use in real life.

What we believe

  • Practice beats perfection. Tiny reps build confidence and recall.
  • Private by design. Minimum data, clear control, and respectful defaults.
  • Evidence-informed. We reflect established DBT concepts and collaborate with clinicians.

How we work

  • 3–5 minute lessons and interactive exercises
  • Diary cards to track urges, emotions, and skills used
  • “Skill of the day” and gentle reminders
  • Gamified progress through points and a growing digital garden
