Is Rooted a replacement for therapy?
No. Rooted provides education and self-guided practice tools. It isn’t medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you’re in crisis, contact local emergency services or a crisis line in your area.
How much does it cost?

What does “Private by design” mean?
We can't read your data. We never sell your data, and your diary cards stay private to you unless you choose to share them.
Which DBT skills are included?
Skills from all core modules of DBT are included: mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness. Each skill includes lessons and mini exercises.
Can I share progress with my therapist or family?
Yes — you’ll be able to export concise summaries of your diary card data. You decide what to share.
Do I need previous experience with DBT?
Nope. Rooted is designed for beginners and for anyone who wants short, practical refreshers.
